This position will be working security monitoring and patrolling the perimeter of the building. You would also be trained as a night auditor to fill in for vacation, leave etc.

Responsibilities for Night Auditor would be as follows:

• Greet guests upon arrival, check them in and provide them with any information they need to enjoy their stay
• Respond to guest questions, concerns, requests and emergencies
• Reconcile all accounts in a timely manner and verify that other departments have performed all end-of-day work
• Ensure invoices are accurate and sent to the Accounts department
• Schedule guest wake-up calls
• Verify reservations and guest requests for the following day
• · Answer phones

Qualifications for Night Auditor

• Excellent communication and math skills
• 2+ years experience in customer service or hospitality
• Able to learn computer functions and other on-the-job skills
• Strong eye for details
• Good problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask
• Solid customer service skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
